By the size of the job — the area of the flat, the number of items, or the scope of a contract. We quote before the team is scheduled, and the quote is fixed unless you change the scope. There is no area surcharge for any part of Dhaka.

Do you bring your own equipment?

Yes. Machines, chemicals, cloths and protective sheeting all come with the team. We only need your tap water and a power point.

Are your cleaners background-checked?

Yes. Every staff member has verified NID, a local address on record and a photo ID card, and works under a named supervisor.

How far in advance should I book?

Twenty-four to forty-eight hours is usually enough. Book further ahead before Eid and at the end of the monsoon, which are our two busiest periods.
