What to tell us when you call
These four things are enough for a firm quote on the first call:
- The service — sofa cleaning, deep cleaning, water tank cleaning, and so on.
- The area — your neighbourhood and, if it helps, the nearest landmark.
- The size — flat area in square feet, number of items, or number of washrooms and desks for an office.
- When — the day and time slot you want, including whether it needs to be out of hours.
Coverage
We work across 100 areas of Dhaka and Greater Dhaka at the same rates — there is no area surcharge anywhere in our coverage. If your area is not listed, call anyway: the list covers the places we work regularly, not a hard boundary.
Commercial and contract enquiries
For office housekeeping, building common-area contracts, clinic or restaurant work, ask for a site survey when you call. A supervisor visits, writes the scope and method statement, and quotes against it. Mobilisation is normally within seven days of sign-off.
