What bathroom cleaning service actually involves

Bathroom cleaning combines three separate chemistries: an acidic descaler for hard-water scale, an alkaline cleaner for soap scum and body oils, and a disinfectant for the pan, seat, handles and drain. Grout is scrubbed line by line rather than mopped over.

Dhaka supply water is hard, which means every drop that dries on a tap, a shower rose or a glass partition leaves a mineral deposit behind. Layer by layer, that becomes the white crust that no amount of ordinary scrubbing removes, because it is a mineral and needs an acid to dissolve it, not more effort.

Grout is brushed line by line. Tiles are machine-scrubbed where the floor allows, hand-scrubbed where it does not.

Will the acid damage my fittings?

Not at the dilution and dwell time we use, and we test on one fitting first. Fittings that are already worn through their plating cannot be restored by any cleaning — we will point those out rather than scrub them harder.

Can you get rid of black mould permanently?

We kill and remove what is there. It returns if the room stays humid, so keep the exhaust running for fifteen minutes after a shower — that does more than any chemical.

Do you clean the water tank or the line too?

That is a separate service. If your fittings re-scale quickly, the overhead tank is usually worth cleaning at the same time.

How soon can the bathroom be used?

About an hour after we finish, once the floor is dry and the room has aired out.

Do you replace old silicone?

We clean and treat it. If the silicone has mould growing inside the bead rather than on it, it needs replacing, and we will quote for that separately.
