What this site is
cleaningservice.cleaningbd.com is the area and service directory for cleaningbd.com. Its job is simple: whatever cleaning service you are looking for and whichever part of Dhaka you are in, there is a page here that tells you exactly what that job involves in your neighbourhood, what it includes, how long it takes and how to book it.
Booking, pricing and account management all happen on the main site or over the phone. This site exists so that the information is easy to find first.
How we work
Every job starts with a scope. We ask for the flat size, the number of items or the details of the premises, and we quote against that before anyone is scheduled. The quote does not change unless the scope changes, and there is no surcharge for any part of the city.
Teams arrive uniformed and carrying photo identity cards, with a named supervisor responsible for the job. All equipment and chemicals come with the team — extractors, floor machines, steam cleaners, HEPA vacuums and the correct chemistry for each surface. We use your tap water and a power point, and nothing else.
At the end, the supervisor walks the job with you. If something has been missed, it gets done then rather than becoming a complaint the next day.
What we will tell you honestly
Not every stain comes out, not every marble floor returns to showroom gloss, and grout that has been stained for a decade will lighten rather than turn white again. Where that is the case, the technician says so before starting rather than after finishing. We would rather set an accurate expectation than sell an outcome we cannot deliver.
